HOW CLOSE ARE WE?
In 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburogh , said about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.”.
“A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.”
“From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.”
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders (illegal's) and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA that our founders established. Our Republic can only last by being vigilant and learning from history. Alexander Tyler over two hundred years ago issued the warning and said the average democracy falls in 200 years. Well, because of our founding fathers who wrote the Constitution and Declaration of Independence in 1776, I have to believe he was warning out fledgling society of the dangers that would absolutely come.
We certainly have reached the stage where our society has learned to vote generous gifts from the public treasury. We have reached the stage where our Congress has become more and more Socialist.
We have reached the stage where the liberal candidates promise more and more welfare from the public treasury to get elected.
If the holy trinity (House-Pelosi, Senate-Reed, President-Obama) actually get elected together on November 4, 2008 we will have the most liberal and Socialist agenda forced down our throat.
Let the giveaways start to flow and let the distribution of wealth begin.
To me this holy trinity would be virulent (extremely obnoxious or harsh) in the rule over those who believe in the Republic as it was established by our founding fathers.
How close are we to the end of our Democracy and Republic. We have made it more than the average of history, but can we continue to survive with the dependency politics of Obama and his liberal Socialist following. Carisma or facts? What is the real Obama? What are his real ideas?
Who are those with who he associates. Why do his associates want to associate with him (what are they looking for and does he really share their ideas? Ie: Farrakhan, Ayers, Wright.
I have great reservations about what can happen to our society with the holy trinity in command.
Is it possible that our demise is closer than we could imagine. Can we be taken down as a nation by these liberal and Socialist ideas? We will not be brought down from an attack from without but by the ideas from within.
There is a lot at stake in the upcoming election and if we are deceived into believing our country is better off having our population in greater amounts getting on the public dole (gifts from the public treasury). The financial bail out was just one more gift from the public treasury. We better wake up to the reality of what is happening.
God bless the USA, we need it more than ever.

THE NEW HOLY TRINITY
The holy trinity (House-Pelosi, Senate-Reed, President-Obama) of liberal socialists are left in charge we will be in trouble for years to come.
If the predictions by the liberal Democrats of landslide victories come true then there will be a unstoppable majority to put through any law, policy and bill they desire. These people never saw a spending opportunity that they did not like. They will earmark us to the maximum and by doing it this way will hide who made the requests.
They will transfer the wealth around to those who they feel will be good little dutiful voters for the feel good liberals and their Socialist ideas. They will stifle the entrepreneurs reason to want to go into business and become successful. They will create a new welfare system that will bring us back to the days (what liberals call the good old days) of the new deal administration of Roosevelt, only it will be worse with no one able to stop the passage of such bills into law.
We stand on the brink of disaster if we have no checks and balances in our Congress and Presidency. The founding fathers in the Federalist Papers were quite clear that there must be a clear system of checks and balances to prevent extreme ideas from becoming the law of the land. Back then there were very extreme and different ideas that were being pushed by the various groups writing our Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
They went round and round in quite heated discussion and came up with the compromise of a system of checks and balances that would require more than a majority to get things passed.
They set up two houses of Congress with different rules and regulations to help prevent anyone from becoming too powerful.
The only thing they forgot was that some day someone who was charismatic enough to have people vote for them based on their rhetoric and not reality could cause such a landslide that the system of checks and balances would be non existent. Do we really want a new JIM JONES, ADOLPH HITLER and BENITO MUSSOLINI (to name a few charismatic leaders from the past) to become so powerful that they become dictators and not leaders. Of course I am not calling Obama any of these people ,but do want you to realize that Socialist, Communist and such ideas require a charismatic leader to begin the process then subvert it to their benefit.
We know what Pelosi and Reed believe but we can only guess at what Obama believes as his past is hidden from us intentionally. His associations with radicals, liberals, Socialists and subversives is not explored by the in the tank media. The wrong time to find out these associations will be after the election.
Get out and vote for the American principles of capitalism and remember that “WE THE PEOPLE” can make the difference. Remember that we were warned that the Devil comes as a thief in the night to deceive.
God bless us in our struggles with what is right and what is wrong.
